TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 35-year-old Middleport woman and a 35-year-old Lockport woman were charged Sunday with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited (alcohol) sales during a joint underage alcohol enforcement detail by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, and New York State Liquor Authority.
According to NCSO, 18 convenience stores were checked by deputies, troopers, and State Liquor Athority agents utilizing underage operatives. Sixteen of those stores successfully denied the underage operatives alcohol and two allowed the operatives to purchase alcohol.
Arrested during this detail were Mandi L. Printup, 35, of Middleport, an employee of Crosby’s on Telegraph Road, Middleport and Cecilia Silsby, 35, of Lockport, an employee of 7-11 on Park Avenue in the City of Lockport.
Printup is due in the Town of Royalton Court on Dec. 15 and Silsby is due in City of Lockport Court on Dec. 13.
