HUME — A 59-year-old Hume man was charged Wednesday with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Robert C. Vetter was arrested subsequent to the investigation into a domestic dispute.
Vetter was arraigned before the Town of Hume Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond and is scheduled to return before the court on Dec. 8.
