The Niagara University Purple Eagles fly south to play the North Texas Mean Green at 8 p.m. eastern as they begin a four-game road trip.

After playing three straight games on the road from Nov. 13-20, the Purple Eagles are back on the trail for a four-game journey beginning against North Texas. Seven of Niagara’s first nine games are on the road including next weekend’s MAAC opening weekend against Marist and Iona. This will be the second all-time meeting between Niagara and North Texas, with the Mean Green coming away with an 83-72 win on Dec. 26, 1974. This will be the final game as part of the Scarlet Knight Classic.
