Dennis S. Fooks, of Lockport, NY passed away peacefully at home on Monday November 21, 2016.
Denny was the beloved husband of 45 years to Judith (Hess) Fooks, cherished father of Andrew (Trisha) Fooks, Melissa (Timothy) McClain and Eric (Julie) Fooks.
Treasured Grampa of Maddison, Mason and Maddox Fooks, Jessica, Joshua, Julia and Joanna McClain, Clare and William Fooks.
Denny was pre-deceased by his parents, Carl and Alice Fooks and his brothers John (Donna) Fooks and Steven Fooks.
Denny retired from Harrison Radiator/Delphi, after 33 years of service as an Industrial Engineer. He continued working for the Town of Lockport Building and Assessing Office.
Denny will be remembered for his love of family, his devotion to his grandchildren, and his wicked sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, Nov. 29th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 30th at 10 AM in Christ Episcopal Church, Fieldcrest Dr. & Rochester Rd., Lockport. Memorials to Niagara Hospice, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to the Christ Episcopal Christmas Outreach for the needy family’s in our community.
