The third All WNY Photos contest has 10 days remaining.
The theme of November’s monthly contest is #Thankful, with photographers granted full liberty to determine their photo selections. Maybe it’s a family photo. Maybe it’s Thursday’s dinner. Maybe photographers are thankful for their favorite place to hang out in Western New York or favorite local band. Really, the topic is open to just about any interpretation.
Photos can be emailed to news@allwnynews.com or submitted via Instagram or 500px with the tags #Thankful and #AllWNYPhotos.
On Dec. 1, we’ll put all the submitted photos up to a vote of our readers and one will be selected as the photo of the month.
Previous contest winners were John Witt’s Grand Island Bridges in September and Jeff Tracy’s “Booker T” in October.
The #AllWNYPhotos monthly contest is part of the ongoing All WNY Awards program, highlighting the best Western New York has to offer. While the bi-weekly awards program took a brief hiaitus during the 7th Annual All WNY Music Awards voting, it will return on Nov. 28.
