GRANGER — A 23-year-old Belmont man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a crash on County Road 4.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to County Road 4 near County Road 15 in the Town of Granger for a one car motor vehicle accident. James H. Vincent-Willard was identified as the driver and determined to be intoxicated.
He was found to have a .16 percent blood-alcohol content and charged with DWI. He was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Granger Court on Dec. 5.
