BYRON — A 21-year-old Alexander man was charged Sunday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Daniel Hinca was stopped for speeding and determined to be impaired. After field sobriety tests were administered, Hinca was arrested, processed, and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Byron Town Court.
