BUFFALO — A Buffalo woman has filed suit in federal court asking to stop Tuesday’s presidential election.

Louise Nolley says there are no qualified candidates running for president and the election should be halted until Democrats and Republicans can find alternate candidates to run — possibly four years from now.

“The candidates running for president of the United States will not be reliable to fulfill the role of Chief of State. … The character of both candidates falls far below the standers  mandated as a person representing the people.”

Nolley asks the court to allow President Barack Obama to remain in office until “serious, qualified, trustworthy persons can be sought and elected.”

There is no date scheduled for a hearing on the matter.
