ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Buffalo Sabres won their third straight game tonight, beating the Minnesota Wild by a score of 2-1.

Buffalo got on the board first with an unassisted goal by Ryan O’Reilly at 3:16 of the first period.

The Wild tied the game at 17:31 of the second period. Mikael Granlund notched the goal, assisted by Eric Staal and Jason Pominville.

Buffalo re-took the lead at 13:34 of the third period with a Johan Larsson goal assisted by Brian Gionta.

Both Sabres goals game at even strength, while the Wild’s lone goal was scored on the power play.

Buffalo next plays Thursday when the Toronto Maple Leafs visit KeyBank Center.
