William T. Sweeney, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life on Saturday, October 29, 2016. Born on January 5, 1955 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late John J. and Donna M. (Bisaillon) Sweeney.
William was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. He was employed as a landscaper for local businesses.
William is survived by five children, Jacki (Shannon) DePadre, Sarah (Rick) Horton, Stacy Regan, Heidi (Gerard) Greenawalt Scott and Michael E. (Michele) Greenawalt, Jr.; two step-sons, Keith Briggs and William McMillen; twelve grandchildren; four siblings, Cindy (Chris) Crisafulli, Paulette (Tom) Feeney, Michael Sweeney and Bobby Sweeney and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his longtime companion, Patricia Johnson and one brother, Sean (Linda) Sweeney.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 3rd from 6-8 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, in the Town of Niagara.
