COLLINS — A 31-year-old Hamburg man has died of injuries sustained in an overnight shooting, according to New York State Police.
Police say that Troopers and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations (BCI) responded to Route 438 around 1 a.m. The victim, Dustin M. Sharp, did not respond to lifesaving measures provided.
Police are asking anyone with any information on this incident to contact NYSP at SP Collins at 716-532-6820.
This is an ongoing investigation and no more information will be released at this time.
