WELLSVILLE — A 42-year-old Wellsville man was charged today with official misconduct and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration following a lengthy investigation by New York State Police.
The charges made against Kenneth Basile stem from an investigation that involved drug cases in 2014 and 2015 in Allegany County.
Basile was released to appear in the Town of Amity Court.
