- Jacob Collins from Rochester and serving with the 105th Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
- Jeremy Lounsbury from Hamburg and serving with the 1156th Engineer Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
- Shanna Decarlo from Olean and serving with the 152nd Engineer Support Company is promoted to the rank of Private.
- Jeffrey Millan from Celoron and serving with the 152nd Engineer Support Company is promoted to the rank of Private.
- Ashleigh Mahnke from Middleport and serving with the 222nd Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
- Emilee Austin from Medina and serving with the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
