  • Jeremy Lounsbury from Hamburg and serving with the 1156th Engineer Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
  • Shanna Decarlo from Olean and serving with the 152nd Engineer Support Company is promoted to the rank of Private.
  • Jeffrey Millan from Celoron and serving with the 152nd Engineer Support Company is promoted to the rank of Private.
  • Ashleigh Mahnke from Middleport and serving with the 222nd Military Police Company is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
