GOWANDA — A 35-year-old Kennedy woman was charged Monday with third-degree rape and official misconduct, accused of inappropriate relations with an inmate a the Gowanda Correctional Facility.
New York State Police say that Megan Trask was charged after police were contacted by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS). Trask is a Counselor out of the Gowanda Correctional Facility.
She is due at the Town of Collins Court later this month.
