ALBION — A 42-year-old Lockport man was charged Thursday with forcible touching and official misconduct, accused of having an inappropriate relationship with an inmate at the Albion Correctional Facility.
According to New York State Police, Christopher M. Claud was charged after police were contacted by the Office of Special Investigations (OSI) of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS). Claud is a Corrections Officer out of the Albion Correctional Facility.
He is due to return to the Town of Albion later this month.
