JAMESTOWN — A 21-year-old Jamestown man was charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Foote Avenue Extension.
According to New York State Police, Kyle Baggiano was pulled over for a traffic violation and while speaking to Baggiano, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.
The Troopers searched the vehicle and located a bag containing approximately three grams of marijuana and a pipe containing burnt marijuana residue.
Baggiano was placed under arrest, issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Kiantone Court next month.
