JAMESTOWN — A 39-year-old Jamestown man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

According to New York State Police, Quinncey King, 39 was pulled over for speeding and after failing several field sobriety tests was placed under arrest. He was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .11 percent blood alcohol.

He was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court and released. King is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court later in the month to answer the charge.
