BUFFALO — Buffalo police have arrested an individual in connection with the shooting early Sunday morning in the 300 block of Phyllis Avenue.
Police say the incident happened at approximately 2:30 a.m.
Detectives arrested 19-year-old Andre Vernon of Buffalo and charged him with assault in the 1st degree.
A 29-year-old Buffalo male remains in critical condition at ECMC.
