BUFFALO — Buffalo police say a 3-year-old girl was struck by a tire while waiting for a school bus Monday morning.
The incident happened just before 8:30 a.m. at Bailey and Dorris avenues, where Northeast District officer’s say a vehicle was traveling southbound on Bailey when a front tire came off the vehicle and struck the child.
The child was transported by ambulance to Women and Children’s Hospital to be treated.
