NIAGARA FALLS — A 29-year-old Sanborn man is facing DWI charges following a Saturday morning traffic stop on Pine Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Craig Cusick was stopped a lane violation and also not wearing his seatbelt. Following the stop, Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and he was taken into custody for DWI and transported to SP Niagara for processing. A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .11 percent.
Cusick was issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
