NORTH COLLINS — Three people have died from a mid-air small-plane collision, according to a person on the scene at the crash sites.

Brandon Wilczynski is a captain with the North Collins Fire Department. He had previously reported on Twitter that there are two wreckage scenes — one at School Street and Jennings and the other near Shirley Road.

The collision occurred around 9 a.m. according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, who is on scene, along with the FAA and NTSB. All are suggesting people to stay clear of the area in order to allow officials to do their jobs.
