ALLEGANY — A one-car crash on Four Mile Road resulted in DWI charges for an Olean woman on Saturday.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the scene around 1:15 a.m., where they found Toni C. Page in the driver’s seat of her vehicle, which was off the roadway. The odor of an alcoholic beverage was present as well as open containers of wine and whiskey.
Page was transported to Olean General Hospital where Troopers determined her to be intoxicated. Page was then arrested for DWI, processed at SP Olean and issued traffic tickets returnable later this month in the Town of Allegany court.
