NIAGARA FALLS — A 41-year-old Ransomville man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

According to New York State Police, Jason Biro was stopped around 11:01 p.m. after the vehicle he was operating was seen failing to maintain its lane. He was determined to be intoxicated and then found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content.

Biro was issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Niagara Falls Court.
