RANDOLPH — A 28-year-old Randolph woman was charged with petit larceny on Monday, accused of stealing soap from Dollar General.
According to New York State Police, Mighells was in the store when she was observed by the staff putting a bottle of soap into her purse. Mighells then purchased other items without paying for the soap in her purse.
Mighells was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown, where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Randolph Court.
