BUFFALO — A 43-year-old Rochester man was sentenced last week to 108 months in prison for his involvement in a conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Frank T. Pimentel and George C. Burgasser, who handled the case, stated that from December 2011 until Feb. 17, 2012, Lorenzo Snow, who has two prior felony drug convictions, supplied a co-conspirator, Angelina Evans, with crack cocaine. Evans then sold the cocaine out of a residence at 129 Lock St. in Lockport. On numerous occasions in January and February 2012, Evans sold crack cocaine supplied by Snow from that location to an individual while being monitored by law enforcement officers. On Feb. 17, 2012, officers executed a search warrant at the residence and found an ounce of powder cocaine, and smaller quantities of crack cocaine and marijuana.
Evans was convicted of the same offense for her role in the conspiracy and was sentenced in December 2013 to time-served.
