RANDOLPH — A 22-year-old Buffalo man was arrested on Thursday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

According to New York State Police, Elijah Feaster was involved in a domestic incident being investigated by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff Department when the deputies discovered he was the subject of an outstanding warrant.

Feaster was turned over to the Troopers, arraigned in the Town of Chautauqua Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
