BUFFALO — All WNY News is proud to announce a monthly photo contest designed to highlight some of Western New York’s best photos and photographers.
The contest asks professional and amateur photographers to submit photos — either by email or Instagram — based on a monthly theme. Those photos will be featured as they’re submitted, then be presented en masse to be voted upon at the end of each month by our readers.
The theme for the month of September is “Up in the Air.” Submissions could be photos of aircraft, birds, celestial bodies or just some white fluffy clouds, for example. Conveniently, there’s a balloon festival in Dansville starting today and running through Monday.
Submit photos via email to news@allwnynews.com or via Instagram using the hashtag #AllWNYPhotos. Photos must be original and submission grants non-exclusive license of use to All WNY News. Submissions with graphic nudity, violence or those deemed inappropriate will be rejected at management’s discretion. A prize will be given to (and recognition bestowed upon) each monthly winner.
