FREDONIA — A 38-year-old Dunkirk woman was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated after her vehicle was found in a ditch on Straight Road.
According to New York State Police, Nicolette Lamb was arrested after Troopers determined her to be intoxicated. She was taken to the SP Fredonia and found to have a .18 blood alcohol content.
Lamb was processed and released on appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Arkwright Court next month.
