Joseph M. Phillips, 14, passed away on August 12, 2016. Born May 29, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV, son of Mark and Ann Phillips of Lockport. He loved to play video games, riding his bike but most of all spending time with his family.
Besides his parents Joe is also survived by his step father John Scarpinato; brother of Mark Jr., Matthew, John, Kaitlyn, Alyssa Phillips, Breelynn Neagel, and Jessica Leavitt; grandson of late Constance Sandra Phillips.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday Aug. 27th at St. John the Baptist Church 168 Chestnut St. Lockport from 9-10 am where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 am.
