TONAWANDA — A 28-year-old Clarence man has been charged by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office with trespassing and petit larceny, accused of stealing metal supplies from the Erie County Highway Department.
According to Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard. Ryan Hudson was found around 3:15 p.m. Sunday at the Erie County Highway Department barn on Military Road with a pickup truck filled with metal supplies.
Hudson was charged with petit larceny and criminal trespass. It was then discovered that Hudson’s license was suspended due to an alcohol related incident and he was further charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
Hudson is remanded to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $500.00 bail.
The estimated value of the supplies in the truck was $200.00
