PORTVILLE — A 28-year-old Richburg man was charged Tuesday with issuing a bad check.
According to New York State Police, Troopers arrested Andrew J. Welk after receiving a complaint from Red’s and Trudy’s restaurant about Welk passing a check without sufficient funds in the account.
Welk was processed at SP Olean and ordered to return to the Town of Portville court later this month.
