TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 68-year-old Amherst man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a crash on South Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the two-vehicle property damage crash and found that one of the parties involved — Robert Jordan — was impaired.
Jordan was taken to the Lockport Troopers’ barracks and found to have a blood alcohol content of .11 percent. He was processed and ordered to appear on Town of Lockport Court later this month.
The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured.
