
NIAGARA FALLS — A 33-year-old North Tonawanda man was charged Tuesday night with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Lockport Road.
According to New York State Police, David Kennerknecht was stopped around 11:24 p.m. for failing to signal. Troopers then determined him to be intoxicated and a breath test found him to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.
Kennerknecht was issued appearance tickets returnable to City of Niagara Falls court.
