YORKSHIRE — A 25-year-old Arcade woman was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 39.
According to New York State Police, Tiffany L. Tillinghas was stopped for crossing hazard markings and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Machias Troopers’ barracks, where she was found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
Tillingas was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Yorkshire Court for DWI, as well as driving across hazard markings.
