TOWN OF NIAGARA — The Town of Niagara Police are asking the public’s help in finding a man they say stole several items from Oogie Games on Military Road in March.

According to police, an adult male and juvenile male were seen on video stealing merchandise while the female distracted employees. On Wednesday, the male, female and her two children returned to the store and attempted to sell games back to the store. Store employees recognized the couple and contacted police. Upon arrival the female and her eight-year old son were on location. The woman, 43-year-old Susan Curtis of Burlington, Ontario, was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. She was remanded to Niagara County Jail, where it was found she had an extradition warrant out of Florida for similar charges.

The male, however, identified as 37-year-old Jeremy Fletcher of Burlington, Ontario and the other juvenile fled the area prior to patrols arrival. The 12-year-old juvenile was located about four hours later walking on Hyde Park Blvd. Both juveniles were turned over to a family member.

Police are still searching for Jeremy Fletcher, who is wanted for a host of charges related to the March incident as well as Wednesday’s incident. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 716-215-1480 during business hours or email sbarnes@niagarapolice.com.
