ALLEGANY — Three Pennsylvania men were charged with petit larceny, accused of stealing from Walmart. Two of the three were also charged with false impersonation and obstruction of governmental administration.

According to New York State Police, 22-year-old Damien J. Stover, of Bradford, Pa.; 20-year-old Kenneth R. Bell, of Bradford, Pa.; and 18-year-old Richard A Waldeck, of Mt. Jewitt Pa. attempted to leave the store with $22.83 worth of merchandise around 11 p.m. July 19. All three men were taken to SP Olean and processed for the theft. They were issued appearance tickets and released.

Walmart later contacted the Troopers to advise that the men came to the store in a vehicle with two females who were still in the parking lot. Troopers responded and interviewed the females, finding out that Bell and Waldeck had given false names at the time of arrest. Bell and Waldeck were then charged with false impersonation and obstruction of governmental administration.

Stover is set to appear Town of Allegany Court in August 2016. Bell and Haldeck were arraigned in Town of Allegany Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $500 bail.
