BUFFALO — A 22-year-old Cheektowaga man was charged with robbery, assault and more following an incident in Sprenger Park.
According to the Buffalo Police Department, Mark Brown and possibly two outstanding suspects used a handgun to hit a victim in the face and rob him of an undisclosed amount of money around 8:15 p.m. July 16.
Brown’s charges include second-degree robbery, displaying what appears to be a firearm, second-degree assault, second-degree menacing, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a firearm with intent to use.
