OLEAN — A 46-year-old Buffalo man was charged Thursday with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Union.

According to New York State Police, Ronald J Kuhaneck, was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. He was determined to be intoxicated and taken to SP Olean for processing, where he was found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.

Due to a prior DWI conviction in 2012, he was charged with felony DWI. He was also charged with first-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as vehicle and traffic violations.

He’s due in City of Olean court in August.
