PORTER — An unidentified male has died in a two-car crash Friday evening at Dickersonville and Youngstown-Wilson roads.

According to New York State Police, the crash occurred at approximately 6:09 p.m. when a northbound vehicle on Dickersonville Road passed through the stop sign at Youngstown-Wilson Road without stopping, striking a westbound vehicle.

The driver of the northbound vehicle was taken by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center, while the two juvenile passengers in the westbound vehicle were taken to Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo by ambulance for treatment. The driver of the westbound vehicle was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, where he was pronounced dead.

The Niagara County Accident Investigation Unit is still investigating the crash, with charges pending. The names of the occupants are being withheld at this time pending notification of the family.
