TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 31-year-old Lockport woman was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated from drugs following a crash on Lincoln Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Kathleen Ludwick also had an 8-year-old in the car with her at the time of the accident. She was determined to be impaired and charged. She was taken to SP Lockport, where she provided a blood sample, then issued tickets returnable to Town of Lockport Court later this month.
