Get ready, Buffalo. Six-time All-Star Jose Bautista is scheduled to arrive in Buffalo on Friday!!!
Toronto Blue Jays manager John Gibbons announced on Tuesday that if all goes well with his rehab appearances with Single-A Dunedin this week, Bautista is scheduled to travel to Buffalo in time for the Herd’s fridaynightbash! game against the Gwinnett Braves on July 22 (7:05 p.m.).
Bautista is expected to be with the Bisons through the weekend as the Herd hosts the G-Braves for Star Wars Night on Saturday, July 23 (6:05 p.m.) and Team Photo Day on Sunday, July 24 (1:05 p.m.). TICKETS
Bautista has been on the Blue Jays disabled list since June 17. He has hit 255 home runs over the last nine seasons with Toronto, including 12 this year before being injured.
