BOSTON — A 46-year-old Delevan man was charged Saturday with with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Boston State Road.
According to New York State Police, Daniel R. Chaney was stopped for traffic violations and determined to be intoxicated. He was found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
Chaney was processed and released to appear before the Town of Boston Court on Aug. 15.
