BOSTON — A 33-year-old Orchard Park man, stopped for doing 91 mph on State Route 219, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped a 2012 gray Ford F-150 being driven by Joseph Calandra for going 26 mph over the 65 mph speed limit. Calandra was determined to be intoxicated and taken to SP Boston for processing, where he was found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
Calandra is due to appear in Town of Boston Court on Aug. 1.
