
BUFFALO — A 27-year-old Buffalo man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 33.
According to New York State Police, Markey Turner was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .17 percent. Troopers also found a small amount of marijuana in his car.
In addition to the DWI, he was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was released with a return court date in the City of Buffalo.
