
BUFFALO — A 29-year-old Buffalo man was charged Wednesday morning with endangering a child after police found guns, knives and marijuana in reach of children in his Bailey Avenue home.
According to BPD, officers responded to a call to assist Child Protective Services just after 12:30 a.m. at the residence in the 1100 block of Bailey Avenue. Police say inside the home, they recovered two shotguns, a rifle, a knife and a machete. Officers say the weapons were in reach of the children.
Police also discovered a marijuana grow operation in the basement along with drug paraphernalia.
Josue Rodriguez was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
The two children were removed from the home by Child Protection Services.
