BURNS — A 45-year-old Texas man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Hill Road.
According to New York State Police, Darren M. Brawn of Keller, Texas, was stopped for driving on the wrong side of the roadway. While Brawn was being interviewed, NYSP determined him to be intoxicated.
He was taken to the Fillmore Troopers’ barracks, where he refused to submit to a chemical test.
He was released on tickets returnable to the town of Burns court on July 11.
