BURNS — A 40-year-old Canaseraga woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Hill.
According to New York State Police, Carrie D. Watkins was stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road. While she was being interviewed, Troopers determined her to be intoxicated.
Watkins was taken to the Fillmore Troopers’ barracks, where she refused to submit to a chemical test. She was released on tickets returnable to Town of Burns Court on July 11.
