
BUFFALO — A 27-year-old Buffalo man was sentenced Wednesday to 22 1/2 years in prison following a guilty plea of second-degree attempted murder.
According to Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr., Eric Dragone will also have give years of post-release supervision as part of his plea for the June. 13 2015 incident in which he struck a 44-year-old Buffalo man outside a Reiman Street bar with his Honda Ridgeline pick-up truck.
Dragone pleaded guilty in November.
