BEMUS POINT — A 63-year-old Bemus Point woman was charged Tuesday with trespassing by New York State Police.
According to police, Karen Johnson had been leaving dead tree branches on another person’s property “over the past several years. Johnson refused to remove the tree branches from the complainant’s property, despite being given ample time to do.”
Troopers charged her and issued her an appearance ticket to Town of Ellery Court later this month.
