LOCKPORT — A Hartland man is facing criminal mischief charges after New York State Police say he slashed two tires on a BMW.
NYSP charged Nicholas Pleace on Wednesday, accusing him of slashing the two front tires on the car, as well as the side of the car.
He was remanded to Niagara County Jail on $3,000 bail and ordered to return to court in Lockport.
